Work is generally to a fixed price so that you know what the project will cost in advance, and customers get a realistic schedule of when the work will start and finish – and what to expect inbetween.

Projects need to be managed professionally to ensure that they are completed to a good standard, on time and within budget – and to cause as little inconvenience as possible to you the customer.
